HPV—DNA16、18检测在宫颈病变筛查中的应用

目的探讨高危型人乳头瘤状病毒（HPV）DNA16、18检测在宫颈病变筛查的临床价值。方法对妇科门诊875例慢性宫颈炎患者均采用HC：方法检测HPV-DNA16、18，同时进行阴道镜下活检组织病理学检查，以病理学诊断为金标准。结果875例妇女患者，HPV16、18阳性者有259例，占29．6％。经阴道镜下定位活检病理确诊患者中HPV16、18阳性率分别为慢性宫颈炎15．5％（80／515），宫颈湿疣38．7％（74／191），宫颈上皮内瘤变CINⅠ型61．9％（39／63），CINⅡ型58．7％（44／75），CINⅢ型62．5％（15／24），宫颈癌100％（7／7）。CINIHPV感染率高于CINⅠ／（P〈0．05），具有显著性差异。结论HC2-HPV-DNA检测为一种先进有效的宫颈病变的筛查方法，具有积极的意义。

Application of human pappilomavirus16,18 testing in cervical lesions

Objective Discussion of the high-risk human papillomavirus（HPV） DNA16,18 detection in cervical lesions the clinical value of screening. Methods 875 cases of gynecologic patient are used in patients with chronic cervicitis HC2 used to detect HPV-DNA16,18 and Colposcopy biopsy histopathological examinati-on, With pathological diagnosis for the gold standard. Results In 875 cases of women patients, HPV 16,18 have positive 259 cases, accounting for 29. 6%. By biopsy under colposcopy patients diagnosed HPV16,18 positive rate,chronic cervicitis was 15.5% （80/515 ）, Cervical condyloma was 38.7% （74/191）, CINⅠ 61.9% （39/63） ,CIN 1158. 7% （44/75） ,CINⅢ62. 5% （15/42） ,cervical cancer was 100% （7/7）. CINⅠ HPV infection rate is higher than CIN Ⅱ（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion HC2-HPV-DNA testing is an advanced and effective screening method of cervical lesions,with a considerable positive significance.
