| 摘 要： | 目的研究T淋巴细胞共刺激分子B7家族成员B7-H3分子在非小细胞肺癌中的表达情况及其与各临床病理因素间的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学染色法检测70例非小细胞肺癌患者肿瘤标本中B7-H3的表达情况,分析其与肿瘤类型、大小、淋巴结转移情况的关系。结果B7-H3可表达于肺癌细胞的胞膜、胞浆内或二者均有表达。鳞癌和腺癌患者B7-H3阳性表达率间差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);发生淋巴结转移和未发生淋巴结转移者B7-H3的阳性表达率间差别有统计学意义(P=0.046)。结论B7-H3的表达可能与非小细胞肺癌的转移和进展相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of B7-H3 in non-small-lung cancer and its relation with cancer clinicopathological variables.Methods The expression of B7-H3 in 70 surgically resected specimens of non-small-lung cancer was evaluated immunohistochemically;Furthermore,the correlation between B7-H3 expression and clinicopathological variables was analyzed.Results In these tumor specimens,expression of B7-H3 was observed in the cell membrane and/or cytoplasm.There was no significant difference between the patients with squamous cell carcinoma and those with adenocarcinoma in positive expression of B7-H3(P>0.05).And there was a significant association between the high expression for B7-H3 and lymph node metastasis(P=0.046).Conclusion The expression of B7-H3 is probably related to the metastasis and development of non-small-cell lung cancer. |
