摘    要:目的:观察血小板活化因子(PAF)对离体培养的大鼠卵巢黄体细胞孕酮分泌的影响,初步探讨其可能的作用机制.方法:原代细胞培养和放免技术.结果:PAF、hCG、Forscolin、PMA组与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),PAF与hCG、Forscolin、PMA交互作用均有显著性(P<0.01).结论:PAF能明显促进离体培养的大鼠卵巢黄体细胞孕酮的分泌,并且受hCG及PKA、PKC信号转导通路的调节.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of platelet activating factor(PAF) on progesterone production by lutein cells of rat ovary in vitro,and study the mechanism.Methods:Primary cultures and radioimmunoassay.Results:Compared to the control group, the PAF, hCG, Forscolin, PMA groups had significant higher levels in lutein cells(P<0.05);PAF interacted with hCG, Forscolin and PMA significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:PAF causes a significant increase of progesterone production in lutein cells of rat ovary in vitro;hCG and the signal transmission tracks of PKA and PKC regulate the function of PAF.
