前列腺增生症患者尿流动力学检查的临床意义

目的探讨尿流动力学检查在前列腺手术前的应用,对提高术前诊断水平及手术指征、手术方法、手术时机选择的价值。方法回顾分析208例前列腺增生症患者在前列腺手术术前尿流动力学检查的临床资料。结果 208例前列腺增生症患者经尿流动力学检查,180例有不同程度的膀胱出口梗阻,且与其他动力学异常同时存在;180例患者行TURP手术治疗,11例行膀胱造瘘术,17例行药物保守治疗。结论前列腺手术前尿流动力学检查可提供前列腺增生症患者膀胱尿道功能状况,这对于合理选择术式以提高疗效有重要的临床意义。

Clinical Significance of Operative Urodynamic Studies on Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of urodynamics studies （UDS） in the operative diagnosis and treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）.Methods The UDS were performed on 208 patients with BPH before operation.Results Totally 180 patients with blader outlet obstruction,and present difference with other Urodynamic.180 patients accepted prostatectomy,11 patients treated by cystostomy,and other 17 patients received espectant treatments.Conclusion The operative UDS on patients with BPH can determine the presence of bladder outlet obstruction and the complaisance and systolic function of detrusor muscles,and would play an important role in selecting reasonable operation mode and improving curative effects.
