米非司酮配伍利凡诺用于中孕期引产临床观察

目的观察米非司酮联合利凡诺终止中期妊娠的临床效果及安全性。方法 152例中期引产的患者,随机分为两组,观察组76例（米非司酮联合利凡诺）,对照组76例（单纯用利凡诺）,两组进行比较。结果观察组成功率100%,对照组93.4%,两组比较观察组成功率高,注药至胎儿排出时间短,清宫率低,出血少,统计学分析有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论米非司酮配伍利凡诺用于中期妊娠引产明显优于单纯利凡诺引产,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation Mifepristone Rivanol for Induction of Labor in Pregnancy

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of mifepristone rivanol mid-pregnancy termination of.Methods Totally 152 patients with mid-term induction of labor in our hospital patients were randomly divided into two groups to observe the group of 76 cases （mifepristone rivanol）,control group 76 cases （simply using Rivanol）,two groups were compared.Results The observe group has higher success rate,a short time injection to the fetus and discharged,the uterus clear rate is low,less bleeding,statistically significant difference （P0.05）.Conclusion Mifepristone rivanol for the medium-term pregnancy,induced abortion is superior to simple rivanol abortion,worthy to be popularized.
