绝经后阴道出血124例患者临床分析

目的探讨妇女绝经后阴道出血的原因，以积累经验，更好的指导临床工作。方法选取绝经后阴道出血患者，共124例，对其进行以发病原因为主的临床分析，探讨其相关性。结果因炎症引起的绝经后阴道出血12例（9．68％），困功能性子宫出血引起的出血8例（6．45％），因恶性肿瘤引起的出血94例（75．81％），其中以子宫内膜癌发生率最高77例（81．91％）。结论子宫内膜癌是引起绝经后出血的主要原因，绝经的时间越长，恶性肿瘤的发病率越高。对绝经后阴道出血的患者要应用常规妇科检查和必要的辅助检查以明确病因，早期治疗。

Clinical Analysis of 124 cases Vaginal Bleeding of Postmenopausal Patients

Objective To explore the causes of vaginal bleeding in postmenopausal women. Methods Patients with postmenopausal vaginal bleeding, a total of 124 cases, Analyze the etiology and its relevance. Results Postmenopausal vaginal bleeding caused by inflammation, 12 cases （9.68%）, dysfunctional uterine bleeding caused by hemorrhage, 8 cases （6.45 % ） , bleeding caused by malignant tumors,94 cases （75.81% ）. In the 94 cases of tumor patients, 77 cases of endometrial cance, accounting for 81.91%. Conclusion Endometrial cancer is the main reason for postmenopaus- al bleeding, the longer the time of postmenopause , the higher the incidence of malignant tumors.
