| 摘 要： | 目的探讨单用西药和中西药联合治疗生殖道支原体感染效果分析。方法回顾性分析门诊2007年1月～2009年10月在门诊治疗的69例病例，32例中西药联合治疗为A组，37例单用西药联合治疗为B组。结果治疗组32例中治愈27例，显效4例，无效1例。对照组37例中治愈23例，显效9例无效5例，治愈率差别有统计学意义。结论中西药联合治疗可显著提高生殖道支原体感染的治愈率、转阴率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore effectiveness analysis of alone Western medicine or union with Chinese medicine in the treatment of genital mycoplasma infection. Methods Retrospective analysis of outpatient treatment in 69 cases from January 2007 to October 2009, 32 cases of Chinese and western medicine combination therapy as the group A, 37 cases of single - use western medicine combination therapy as the group B. Results Two groups of ages, initial symptom was no difference, treatment in both methods, the cure rate difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Chinese and western medicine combination therapy can significantly improve the cure rate and seroconversion rate of genital tract mycoplasma infection. |
