通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果观察

目的观察通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 160例冠心病心绞痛的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例,治疗组80例在采用常规抗心绞痛药物基础上加用通心络胶囊,对照组80例采用常规抗心绞痛药物基础上口服丹参片,观察两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率95%;对照组总有效率82.5%;治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,2组疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛效果明显。

Observation of Tongxinluo capsule Treating of Angina Pectoris

Objective To observe the Tongxinluo Capsule the clinical efficacy of treatment of angina pectoris.Methods Tofally 160 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 80 cases,80 cases treated in routine anti-angina drugs based on the use of Tongxinluo capsule in the control group and 80 cases were based on conventional oral anti-angina drugs Danshen Tablets,curative effect was observed.Results The treatment group that were 46 patients（57.5%）,effective 30 cases（37.5%）,the total rate was 95%;control group that were 40 patients（50%）,effective 26 cases（32.5%）,82.5%;The total effective rate in treatment group than the control group,group 2 was significantly effective（P0.05）.Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule treatment of angina pectoris obvious effect.
