布地奈德吸入在儿童支气管哮喘中的应用观察

目的观察布地奈德混悬液治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床疗效及安全性。方法将120例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。对照组采用传统的治疗方法,如控制感染、解痉平喘、止咳等对症治疗,治疗组则在上述综合性治疗的基础上加用布地奈德雾化混悬液雾化吸入治疗,观察2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95%高于对照组的75%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论布地奈德可以明显改善儿童哮喘症状和肺功能,比传统治疗方法疗效好且安全性高。

Observation of Inhaled Budesonide in Bronchial Asthma in Children

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of budesonide suspension for treatment of bronchial asthma in children.Methods Totally 120 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 60 cases.Control group treated with traditional methods,such as infection control,spasm and asthma,cough and other symptomatic treatment,the treatment group in the comprehensive treatment based on the use of nebulized budesonide inhalation suspension for treatment,observe 2 groups clinical efficacy.Results The total effective rate was 95% higher than the 75% of the control,difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Budesonide can improve children＇s asthma symptoms and lung function and is effective and safe.
