小切口闭合复位交锁髓内钉固定治疗胫腓骨折

目的探讨切开复位与闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫腓骨折临床效果比较。方法对我院2004年6月-2006年6月期间收治的67例胫腓骨折随机分组分别给予切开复位（28例）与闭合复位交锁髓内钉（39例）内固定手术治疗，比较两组患者的手术时间、出血量、骨感染、膝关节活动度及骨折愈合情况。结果两组手术时间差异有显著性（P〈0．05），余项差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论交锁髓内钉是治疗胫骨干骨折重要的方法，小切口骨折复位锁定髓内针治疗股骨骨折，髓内针可准确置入，缩短手术时间及减少透视损伤，并不增加出血、骨感染及骨不愈合率。

Comparative Analysis of Small Incision Closed Reduction with Open Reduction and Intramedullary Nail Fixation for Tibia and Fibula Fractures

Objective To evaluate clinical effects closed reduction with open reduction and intramedullary nail fixation for tibia and fibula fracture. Methods The hospital 64 cases in June 2004 June 2006 were treated and were given randomized open reduction （28 cases） and closed reduction and intramedullary nail （39 patients ） internal fixation surgery, compared two groups of patients with operation time, blood loss, bone infection, knee activity and fracture healing. Results The operative time difference between the two groups was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the rest items was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Intramedullary nail is an important method for tibial shaft fractures, the small incision fractures locked intramedullary nail treatment of femoral fractures, intramedullary nail can be accurately placed, shorten operative time and minimize the damage perspective, does not increase bleeding, the rate of bone infection and nonunion.
