重症急性胰腺炎早期手术方法探讨

目的探讨重症急性胰腺炎的临床特点及早期手术治疗的必要性。方法回顾性分析商丘市第四人民医院2003-2009年收治的35例重症急性胰腺炎患者的临床资料及早期手术治疗效果。结果本组35例重症急性胰腺炎均采取早期手术治疗，术后疗效满意，痊愈31例，死亡4例。结论重症急性胰腺炎通过早期手术治疗，采用合理手术方式，积极防治并发症，可取得满意的外科治疗效果。

Analysis of Severe Acute Pancreatitis Method of Early Surgery

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of severe acute pancreatitis and the early surgery treatment necessity. Methods A retrospective analysis of hospital admissions in 2003 - 2009 years, the clinical data of 35 patients with severe acute pancreatitis and the effect of early operation treatment. Results The whole group of the 35 patients with severe acute pancreatitis adopt the early surgical treatment, the curative effect is satisfied, convalesces 31 cases, died 4 cases. Conclusion After the early surgerical treatment, using a reasonable surgical approach for aggressive prevention and complications, the severe acute pancreatitis can achieve satisfactory results.
