不同方法治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效分析

目的慢性宫颈炎是妇科最常见的疾病之一,可引起盆腔脏器炎症,并且与宫颈癌的发生关系密切。本文诣在探讨不同方法在慢性宫颈炎中的疗效。方法回顾性分析新乡市中心医院收治的210例宫颈炎患者,采用药物保妇康栓、聚焦超声治疗及宫腔镜下宫颈电切术的临床效果进行统计分析。结果宫颈电切术治疗有效率为97.9%,明显高于另外两组,差异有统计学意义。结论宫腔镜下宫颈电切术治愈慢性宫颈炎,并且切除宫颈移行带,减少宫颈癌发生。

Analysis of Efficacy of Different Methods of Treatment of Chronic Cervicitis

Objective Chronic cervicitis can cause the pelvic inflammatory disease,and has very close relationship with the occurrence of cervical cancer.To explore the efficacy of different methods of treatment,including medication therapy,physical therapy,and Loop electrosurgical excision procedure.Methods Clinical data of 210 women with chronic cervicitis admitted to The Central Hosptial of Xinxiang City were retrospectively reviewed.Results The cure rate of Loop electrosurgical excision procedure was 97.9%,there was statistically significant differences among 3 groups.（P0.05）.Conclusion Loop electrosurgical excision procedure is the radical therapy for chronic cervicitis.Resection of cervival transitional zone can reduce the morbidity of cervical cancer.
