补阳还五汤加减治疗脑梗死临床研究

目的观察加味补阳还五汤治疗急性脑梗死形成的临床疗效。方法将70例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组：对照组35例采用西医常规治疗,治疗组35例在对照组治疗基础上给予加味补阳还五汤治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为94.3%,对照组总有效率为82.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论补阳还五汤加味配合西医常规治疗可以改善脑梗死患者临床症状及神经功能缺损程度。

Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang Treating Cerebral Infarction

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Buyanghuanwutang（BYHWD）in the treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis.Methods Total 70 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis were randomly divided into two groups：control group 35 cases of conventional treatment with Western medicine,the treatment group 35 cases in the control group based on the therapy given modified BYHWD treatment.Results The total effective rate was 94.3% in the control group,the total effective rate of 82.9%,the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Buyanghuanwu Decoction with conventional Western medical treatment can improve clinical symptoms in patients with cerebral infarction and neurological deficits.
