降钙素受体在骨巨细胞瘤的表达与肿瘤预后

目的探讨降钙素受体（calcitonin receptorCTR）在骨巨细胞瘤的表达情况及其与肿瘤预后的关系。方法对经过Jaffe病理分级的42例骨巨细胞瘤患者石蜡切片进行免疫组化S—P检测CTR表达水平，以12例骨软骨瘤为对照组，术后随访3～10年，并对结果进行统计学分析。结果①CTR在骨巨细胞瘤中阳性率81．0％，在骨软骨瘤中阳性率16．7％，二者差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；②42例骨巨细胞瘤患者中，复发17例，复发率40．5％；③复发组CTR阳性率64．7％，未复发组CTR阳性率92．6％，二者差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；④降钙素受体在JaffeⅠ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级中阳性率分别为85．8％、75．0％、83．3％，三者之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论CTR在骨巨细胞瘤中高表达，有助于评估骨巨细胞瘤的预后。

Giant Cell Tumor of Calcitonin Receptor Expression and Its Prognostic Value

Objective To discuss calcitonin receptor （CTR） in the expression of giant cell tumor of bone and its relationship with tumor prognosis. Methods With S - P immunohistochemical to detecti CTR expression levels of 42 cases of paraffin biopsies of bone giant cell tumor patients with Jaffe pathologic grading, with 12 cases of osteochondroma as control group ,postoperative follow -up 3 to 10 years, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results （1）CTR of bone giant cell tumor of the positive rate was 81.0%, the positive rate of osteochondroma was 16.7%, there was significant difference （ P 〈0. 05） ; （2）In the 42 eases of bone giant cell tumor patients, 17 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 40. 5 % ; （3）CTR - positive rate of recurrent group was is 64. 7 % , no recurrence group CTR- positive rate was 92.6%, there was significant difference （ P 〈0. 05） ; （4）CTR -positive rate of the Jaffe grade Ⅰ ,grade Ⅱ ,grademwas 85.8% , 75.0% , 83.3% respectively, there were no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The calcitonin receptor in giant cell tumor of bone is highly expressed, helpful in assessing the prognosis of giant cell tumor of bone.
