乳腺癌改良根治术创面使用生物蛋白胶促进切口愈合的研究

目的 探讨医用生物蛋白胶在乳腺癌改良根治术创面应用对促进切口愈合的效果；方法 83例乳腺癌患者随机分成两组，实验组42例，对照组41例，观察72－96h引流量、皮下积液、积血率、皮缘坏死率、切口Ⅰ期愈合率和住院天数，进行对比分析；结果 实验组术后引流量平均为90ml，皮下积液、积血率为2.4%（1／42），明显低于对照组160ml和14.6%(6/41)，二者比较差异有显著性意义（P＜0.05)。实验组皮缘坏死率为4.8%(2/42)，切口一期愈合率为92.9%(39/42)，而对照组为19.5%(8/41)和68.3%(28/41)，二者比较差异有显著性意义（P＜0.01)。实验组住院天数为16天，明显低于对照组（23天）；结论 乳腺癌改良根治术创面使用生物蛋白胶能有效地减少皮下积液、积血率、皮缘坏死率，并能显著提高切口Ⅰ期愈合率，缩短住院天数。

The study of wound healing by using fibring glue after redical cure operation for breast cancer

Objective To investigate The effect of wound bealing by using fibring glue in the treatment breast Cancer.Methods 83 patients of breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups.Then the recovery rate of phase I cut, necrosis rate of sking flap, Iydrops or hematocele rate of shbcutaneous and days for hospitalization were compared.Results The drainage liguid and lydrops of hematocele of shbcutaneous was lower in the experiment group than that in the control group(90ml vs 160ml; 2.4% vs 14.6%, P <0.05),So was necrosis rate of skin flap(4.8(2/42) vs 19.5%(8/41), P <0.01) Recoverg rate of phase I cut was increas in the experiment group than in the conteol group.(92.9%(39/42) vs 68.3%(28/41), P <0.01),and was Reduced the days for hospitalization.Conclusion Fibering gule was using to reduced the necrosis rate of skin flap and drainage liquid or hematocele of shbcutaneous and Increase recovery rate of phase I cut as well as reduced days hospitaliztion in after redical cure operation of breast Cancer.
