通心络对垂体后叶素诱发大鼠急性心肌缺血影响的血清学研究

目的观察中药通心络胶囊对垂体后叶素诱发大鼠心肌缺血的拮抗作用.方法采用Wistar大鼠尾静脉注射垂体后叶素诱发心肌缺血的方法,观察通心络的抗缺血作用及其对血清学的影响.结果与模型组比较,通心络组能明显降低大鼠急性心肌缺血时血浆内皮素(ET)水平,达到统计学意义,同时可抑制ET与一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)比值的升高,并达到统计学意义.结论通心络能对抗垂体后叶素引起的大鼠急性心肌缺血时缩血管物质的释放,增加舒血管物质的释放,提示通心络对于缺血心肌有一定的保护作用.

Serological study on influence of Tongxinluo Capsules on rat acute myocardial ischemia induced by posterior pituitary hormones

Objective To observe the antagonism of Tongxinluo Capsules on rat myocardial ischemia induced by posterior pituitary hormones. Method The Wistar rats were given intravenous injection of posterior pituitary hormones to induce myocardial ischemia. Then the effect of Tongxinluo Capsules was observed on ischemia and serology. Result In contrast with the model group the Tongxinluo group had a lower level of plasma endothelin (ET) in rats acute myocardial ischemia with a statistical significance. At the same time Tongxinluo Capsules inhibited the ratio of ET and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) with a statistical significance. Conclusion Tongxinluo Capsules can inhibit the release of vasoconstrictors and promote the release of vasodilators in rats with acute myocardial ischemia induced by posterior pituitary hormones, which means that Tongxinluo Capsules has a protective effect on ischemic cardiac muscle.
