白内障摘除人工晶体植入术后低视力原因分析

通过对３３例（３４只眼）白内障摘除联合后房型人工晶体植入术后视野力的患者进行分析，导致术后低视力的主要原因是术前在的眼疾主要是眼底病变（老年黄斑变性，高度近视眼底改变，视神经萎缩，视网膜血管炎等）故术前应做ＶＥＰ，ＥＲＧ，视网膜视罗等电生理检查作为植入人工晶体病人的筛选，另外术后并发症，如黄斑囊样水肿，继发性青光眼，术后明显散光等，尚有４例病人是随访过程中发现有低视力，故应重视术后的随访工作。

Analysis of low vision postoperaton of cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation

33 cases (34 eyes)with low vision after cataact ex traction and posterior intraocular lens implantation werediscussed in this paper. The low vision was caused bypreoperative exsisted retinal diseases such as age - relat ed macular degeneraton, hypermyopic retinopathy, op tic nerve atrophy and retinal vasculitis etc. We suggest ed that visual electrodiagnostic tests (VEP, ERG andlaser interference visual acuity ) should be necessarilytaken before operation, The postoperatic complicationsincluded cystoid macu1ar edema, secondary glucoma andastigmatism etc, 4 patients with low vision were detect ed during the follow - up peroid. This indicated weshould emphysis on the follow- up.
