奥硝唑注射液不良反应的临床观察

目的:观察奥硝唑氯化钠注射液在临床使用过程中的不良反应。方法:对300例经腹腔镜摘取良性肿瘤术后病人进行抗炎治疗,其中150例用头孢噻肟钠2g+奥硝唑氯化钠注射液1g静脉滴注,另外150例用头孢噻肟钠2g+替硝唑氯化钠注射液1g静脉滴注,比较两组病人输液期间发生的不良反应。结果:奥硝唑组不良反应发生率为8％,对照组替硝唑组不良反应发生率为20%(P<0.05)。结论:在奥硝唑注射液在围手术期及术后抗厌氧菌感染治疗中不良反应发生率低,症状轻微,更易为患者接受。

Clinical Observations on the Adverse Reactions of Ornidazole Injection

Objective:To observe the adverse reactions of ornidazole sodium chloride injection in the clinical application.Methods : Post operation and-infection therapy was performed on 300 cases of gynecopathic patients who developed benign tumor and were undergone removal operation with peritoneoscope. An intravenous infusion of 2g of cefotaxime sodium and 1g of ornidazole sodium chloride injection was performed on 150 cases. On the remaining 150cases,an intravenous infusion of 2g of cefotaxime sodium and 1g of tinidazole sodium chloride injection was used. The adverse reactions of the two groups of patients during the infusion were compared .Result:The occurrence rate of the adverse reactions in ornidazole group was 8%, while that in the control group (tinidazole group) 20% ( P < 0.05). Conclusions:The occurrence rate of adverse reactions of ornidazole injection used in the treatment of anti-anaerobic infection is very less during postoperation. The syndromes are mild. These are easily acceptable to the patients.
