北京市某城区居家失能老年人长期护理方式选择的影响因素分析

目的通过比较选择不同长期护理方式的失能老年人的特征,定义影响居家失能老人做出不同护理方式选择的因素。方法本研究基于Andersen行为模型,对居家失能老年人开展入户调查。结果居家失能老年人多选择居家接受长期护理服务。一方面是因为老年人现有的护理模式大多已经反映了其选择意愿,另一方面老人的居住方式、健康状况等也是影响其做出不同选择的原因。结论老年人的居住状态和健康状况是影响居家失能老年人做出长期护理方式选择的重要因素。

Analysis of Influencing Factors Disabled Elders Who Use Home Care Services and Make Out Different Choices in Beijing

Objective This paper reports a study comparing the characteristics of disabled elders who use home care services and make out different choices about the forms of long-term care,and identifying the factors that infulence the choices of these care settings.Methods The reaserch model was based on the Anderson Model of health services utiliazation.Household survey was conducted in the disabled elders who use long-term care at home.Results Most elders choose to use home care services and the elders that predicted greater use of institutions are the ones who have worse health status and have a lower rate of living with spouses and childerens.Conclusion The possibility of the forms of long-term care has been disscussed according to the differernt need of different elders.
