碘伏溶液灭活胃癌患者手术器械肿瘤细胞的效果研究

目的：比较不同时间点40℃、0.5%碘伏浸泡接触胃癌细胞的蚊式止血钳黏附肿瘤细胞灭活率。方法对118例胃癌手术中接触胃癌细胞的器械应用40℃、0.5%碘伏溶液浸泡消毒，比较在不同作用时间1、5、10、15、20、25、30 min的肿瘤细胞灭活率。结果40℃、0.5%碘伏对胃癌细胞的灭活率随时间（1～30 min）延长而提高差异具有统计学意义(F=243.25，P＜0.05)；对相邻时点进行两两比较的结果显示，1min与5min、5min与10min灭活率差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；其他相邻时点间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论40℃、0.5%碘伏浸泡接触胃癌细胞的手术器械在作用10 min时胃癌细胞灭活率趋于稳定，灭活率在90%以上。

Inactivation of exfoliated gastric cancer cells on surgical instruments with povidone-iodione immersion

Objective To compare the inactivation rates of tumor cells on mosquito clamps with 0.5% povidone-iodine immersion method during different time intervals at 40℃. Method Mosquito clamps used in 118 cases of gas-tric cancer operations were immersed in 0.5% povidone-iodine at 40℃, the inactivation rates after immersion time of 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30min were compared. Results The inactivation rates of gastric cancer cells were signifi-cantly increased as with 40℃, 0.5% povidone-iodine immersion (F=243.25 ,P<0.05). Pairwise comparison was ap-plied to test the results of adjacent time points, showing significant differences between immersion time of 1min vs 5min, 5min vs 10min, (P<0.05), and similar rates were observed at other time points (P>0.05). Conclusion The in-activation rates of gastric cancer cells on surgical instruments used during operation were increased in previous 10 min of the 40℃, 0.5% of povidone-iodine immersion, and then become stable, with an inactivation rate of >90%.
