中药喷雾干燥粉末的沸腾制粒工艺

目的优选中药喷雾干燥粉末中不加辅料沸腾制粒的工艺条件,达到有效地减小中药服用剂量的目的。方法分别以中药水煎及大孔吸附树脂纯化浸膏的喷雾干燥粉末为制粒原料,用水、乙醇及其浸膏为粘合剂,采用沸腾制粒技术制粒。以粉末的成型性、颗粒质量及生产效率选择黏合剂;以进、出风温度及喷液速度对颗粒质量稳定性的影响,确立工艺条件。结果水煎液喷雾干燥粉末成型性能差,乙醇浓度达85%时,可制得较好颗粒;大孔吸附树脂纯化的中药浸膏喷雾干燥粉末可制得质量好的颗粒,尤以水为黏合剂制粒的生产效率高、成本低,制得的颗粒性状好、质量稳定。结论水煎浓缩液喷雾干燥粉末易吸潮,黏性重,不加辅料难以制粒;大孔树脂纯化的中药浸膏喷雾干燥粉末不易吸湿,成型性能佳;以水为黏合剂沸腾制粒工艺简单,易于操作,适合工业大生产的要求。

Research on boiling granulating process for spraying desiccated Chinese medicine powder

OBJECTIVE Optimizing the technological condition for boiling granulating of Chinese traditional medicine spraying torrefaction powder without excipient is to reduce the dose of Chinese traditional medicine effectively. METHODS Spraying desiccated powder, as the materials, is made from macropore resins purified extract and Chinese traditional medicine water extract respectively. Water, alcohol and their extract were taken as adhesives to make granulation by boiling, according to the powder's molding performance, granule quality and producing efficiency.And according to the molding of powders,quality of granule and efficiency of producing,adhensives were selected.Grarulation procedure was established allording to the stablity of quality,affected by the temperature of aeration in and out, and the speed of spraying liquid. RESULTS Water extract powder's molding capability was not good. The preferable granule can be gained by using 85% alcohol. Macropore resins purified extract powder is granulated with good quality, especially taking water as adhesive, which is efficient and low cost for producing, of good characters and stable quality. CONCLUSION Water extract powder, which is easy damp and viscous, can not get product without supplementary materials.Refined sample was better in these aspects.Taking water as adhesive, boiling granulating technological process is simple, manipulation easily and suitable for industrial producting.
