中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效观察

目的 :探讨中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎的方法。方法 :基本支持治疗加清胰汤、复方丹参注射液治疗。结果 :急性重症胰腺炎的病理过程主要包括初期 (急性反应期 )、进展期 (感染期 )和恢复期 ,早期使用活血化瘀法治疗 ,部分患者可不经进展期直接进入恢复期 ,从而提高了治愈率。结论 :本法能提高重症急性胰腺炎的治愈率 ,降低死亡率 ,减少并发症的发生率

OBSERVATION ON APPHCATION OF COMBINED TRANDITIONAL CHINESE AND WESTERN MEDICINE TO THE TREATMENT OF SEVERE ACUTE PANCREATITIS.

Objectie:T o explore an approach to the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)by integrat ing traditional Chinese and weater n medicine.Methods:Qing yi b ecoction,complex salvia miltiorrhiza in jection while foundational support ing treatment was provided.Results :The pathophysiologie in the cours e of ASP could be divided into ear ly (acute reactive)stage,prog ress (infection)stage and recovery stag e.There are obviously th erapeutic effects in organic dysfun ction in ASP if activating blo od circulation effects have been used in the early stage.Concl usion:This method can improve the cu re rate,decrease mortality and morbi dity.
