| 摘 要： | 目的观察敷贴辅助治疗小儿肺炎的疗效。方法给予肺炎患儿静滴头孢曲松钠加痰热清治疗4d后口服头孢霉素（或阿奇霉素）和胸部应用敷贴治疗3d，1次／d，每次20min。与单纯应用头孢曲松钠（或阿奇霉素）加痰热清治疗1周进行比较。结果加用敷贴治疗的肺炎患儿的病程明显缩短于单纯应用抗生素的肺炎患儿，两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论敷贴佐治小儿肺炎疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of adjunctive therapy using application in children pneumonia.Methods We gave the children pneumonia intravenous drip of ceftriaxone sodium with TanReQing injection for 4 days,after this,the cephamycin or Azithromycin was taken orally and the application was used 1 time per day,each time is 30 minites,for 3 days.The comparison was taken with the group that simply used ceftriaxone sodium with TanReQing injection for 1 week.Results The course of disease was obviously shorten in the group that used application,compared with the group that used antibiotics only,and there has a statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of adjunctive therapy using application in children pneumonia might have good curative effcet. |
