| 摘 要： | 1981～1989年我科对24例有马尾神经症状的腰椎退变性滑脱症进行手术治疗。腰椎退变性滑脱症老年人发病率高,其病理是继发性椎管,侧隐窝狭窄,小关节增生,黄韧带肥厚,椎间盘退变突出等改变,造成对神经根或马尾神经的压迫,临床表现似腰椎间盘突出症。作者根据病因不同采用三种术式。细致操作,充分减压,解除压迫因素是手术和疗效的关键。

| Abstract: | From 1981 to 1989,24 patients suffering from degenerative spondylolisthesis with obvious lumbocrural pain and cauda equina syndrome were operated on .The results showed excellent rate was 91.6%.Incidence of degenerative spondylolisthesis is rather high in middle-aged.Pathogcny was secondary stenosis of spinal canal and lateral recess,hypcrosteogeny of facets,hypertrophy of yellow ligaments and degenerative intervertebral disc causing compression of the never roots and cauda equina like symptoms of protrusion of disc.
According to different pathogeny,three kinds of operative procedure were adopted. Decompression and removing compression factors are key to obtain excellent results. |
