| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨创伤小,疗程短,更安全而有效治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的方法。方法:联合应用经尿道前列腺电气化术(TUVP)和经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗BPH患者162例。结果:本组手术时间短,平均52.4min,术中出血量少,96%术中术后无需输血。无死亡病例及严重并发症。近期排尿顺畅。6个月~2年抽样随访,国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)由术前(29.4 1.8)分降至术后(6.8 1.4)分。疗效满意。结论:本组病例证实TUVP结合TURP治疗BPH,其操作方法简易,微创,安全,疗效可靠。
