| 摘 要： | 观察4种不同类型IUDs引起的家兔子宫内膜形态学改变。结果显示:SR-IUD 组子宫内膜上皮轻度损伤,上皮下及缺损处散在炎性细胞浸润;Cu-IUD 组内膜损伤及炎性浸润尤其明显,且有内膜抑制;LNG-IUD 组上皮与腺体受抑,表现为上皮细胞单层扁平,部分腺体囊性扩张,间质成分减少呈细索状;LNG-Cu-IUD 组变化与 LNG-IUD 组相似,但内膜抑制程度较轻,且内膜上皮缺损及炎性浸润程度比 Cu-IUD 组明显减轻。

| Abstract: | The morphological changes of endometria in response to different IUDs were investigated in rabbits. The results showed that after wearing SR-IUD, mild impairment of epithelia and inflammatory cellular infiltration were observed. Such morphological changes were more obvious in the endometria wearing Cu-IUD. Cu-IUD also caused endometrial suppression. In LNG-IUD group endometrial development was suppressed, the epithelium was thinner with only one layer, a few glandular cavities were enlarged, and the interstice between glands were decreased. In LNG-Cu-IUD group, the changes were similar to those in LNG-IUD group, but the suppression was milder, its epithelia impairment and inflammatory infiltration were milder than those in Cu-IUD group. |
