| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨灯盏花素治疗视网膜静脉阻塞患者对血清同型半胱氨酸水平的影响。方法:视网膜静脉阻塞患者64例64眼分为灯盏花素治疗组34例(50mg×4wk)和对照组30例,采用酶法测定治疗前后血清同型半胱氨酸水平。结果:治疗组血清同型半胱氨酸水平降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:灯盏花素治疗能降低视网膜静脉阻塞患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平。

| Abstract: | AIM:To detect the effects of erigeron on homocysteine levels in patients with retinal vein occlusion(RVO) . ·METHODS:Sixty-four patients with RVO were randomly separated into two groups. The control group of 30 patients were given routine treatment,while the test group of 34 patients were given routine treatment combined with the injection of erigeron. The homocysteine levels were evaluated before and after the therapy in both groups. ·RESULTS:Compared with the control group,the homocysteine levels in the test group were significantly decreased.·CONCLUSION:The injection of erigeron can reduce the homocysteine levels in patients with RVO. |
