三向瓣膜式PICC在血液科化疗病人中的应用与对比

目的探讨三向瓣膜式PICC在血液病人输注化疗药物中的应用,以及与其他穿刺方法的对比。方法将129例次住院化疗患者分3组,A组:使用头皮钢针穿刺外周静脉41例次;B组:使用静脉留置针50例次;C组:使用三向瓣膜式PICC38例次。结果①静脉炎:A组发生率39.02%(16/41),B组32%(16/50),C组5.26%(2/38),P<0.01。②外渗:A组发生率21.95%(9/41),B组10%(5/50),C组2.63%(1/38),P<0.01。结论血液病人治疗的输液通道应首选三向瓣膜式PICC导管。可保护血管,减少并发症发生,并提高生活质量。

Application and Comparison of Tri-valve PICC in Hematology Chemotherapy Patients

Objective To explore the applications of tri-valve PICC in infusion chemotherapy drugs of patients,and compare with other puncture methods.Methods 129 cases of inpatients receiving chemotherapy were randomly divided into three groups.Group-A:41 patients received puncturing peripheral veins by using scalp needle.Group-B:50 patients received intravenous catheter system.Group-C:38 patients received PICC.Results ①Phlebitis:The incidence of phlebitis was 39.02%(16/41) in group A,32%(16/50) in group B and 5.26%(2/38) in group C(P <0.01).②Leakage:The incidence of leakage was 21.95%(9/41) in group A,10%(5/50) in group B and 2.63%(1/38) in group C(P <0.01).Conclusions PICC is a preferential transfusion method to treat hematologic patients,which can protect the blood vessels,decrease complications and finally improve the quality of life.
