彩超诊断兔创伤性动脉瘤动静脉瘘的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究创伤性动脉瘤(PA)、动静脉瘘(AVF)动物模型在彩色多普勒超声上的表现,探讨彩色多普勒超声在评价外周血管疾病上的价值。方法应用显微外科技术,在兔股部的股动脉、股静脉上建立PA,AVF的模型,借助彩色超声诊断系统采集数据,进行研究。结果PA模型中彩超能清晰显示供血动脉、呈“彩色涡流”的瘤体,瘤颈部测及双期双向的血流频谱;AVF模型中,彩超显示供血动脉、“动脉化”的引流静脉,虽未探及瘘口,经血流频谱分析,可判定瘘口位置。结论彩色多普勒超声在PA、AVF的诊断上具有便捷、准确、快速、重复性好、无创且价廉等优点,尤其在复查及随访中,具有不可替代的优势。高性能的彩色多普勒超声诊断系统在显示小血管上,有良好的表现。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate colour Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)appearance of pseudoaneurysm (PA)and traumatic arteriovenous fistulae(AVF)in an animal model and to explore the value of CDFI in diagnosing peripheral vascular diseases.Methods PAs and AVFs were established in the femoral region of rabbit with microsurgery.Diagnoses of PA and AVF were performed with high quality Doppler ultrasonography.Results All PA models,the supplying artery and color disturbance flow mass were found.In the AVF models,the supplying artery and arterified drainaged veins were detected,but the hole of AVF faied to be found the site of the abnormal vascular communication were certained by the spectral analysis in CDFI.Conclusions CDFI has many advantages in diagnosing limb vascular diseases,especially in follow-up.Our model provides a good method for testing the ability of sonography.
