| 摘 要： | 目的研究冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉支架术前后血小板聚集率的变化及临床意义.方法13例行冠状动脉造影的患者及20例行冠状动脉支架术的患者于术前、术后分别在冠状动脉、冠状窦口取血测定血小板聚集率.结果经皮冠状动脉支架术组血小板的聚集率在术后明显增加,冠状动脉造影组血小板的聚集性无明显改变.结论血小板的聚集率在经皮冠状动脉支架术后明显增加,应采取措施降低血小板聚集率.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of platelets aggregation rate of patients with coronary heart disease before and after percutaneous transluminal coronary stenting Methods There are 13 patients underwent coronary angiography and 20 patients underwent percutaneous transluminal coronary stenting Their blood samples were taken from the coronary sinus and coronary artery before and after interventional therapy Results The level of platelets aggregation rate in percutaneous transluminal coronary stenting group was higher after interventional therapy ( P <0 05) No obvious changes were observed at coronary angiogrophy group Conclusion The level of platelets aggregation rate is increased after percutaneous transluminal coronary stenting We should take some methods to reduce the platelets aggregation rate |
