中药熨神阙穴用于急腹症病人胃肠功能的恢复

为促进腹部手术病人胃肠功能的恢复，用中药籽袋装药熨神阙穴，观察术后排气及肠鸣音恢复情况，并与25例常规护理病人进行对比。结果：术后第8小时实验组肠鸣音次数明显增加（P＜0．01），术后第一次排气时间较常规护理组明显缩短（P＜0．01）。提示：急腹症病人于术后第6小时开始采用中药熨神阙穴，可以促进肛门排气及胃肠功能的恢复，有利于术后病人的康复。

Chinese Medicine Hot Compress on Shenque Point to Be Used in the Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function in Patients with Acute Abdomen

To promote the gastrointestinal function recovery in patients received abdomen operation, bagged Chinese medicine hot compress the Shenque point were used as treatment, then post - surgical exufflation and bowel sound of these patients were observed. And compared it with 25 cases patients who received routine care. Results: at the time of 8 hours after their operation , bowel sounds of patients in test group were remarkably increased than that in control group ( P < 0.01) . The first post - surgical exufflation in test group patients was shortened than that in control group patients ( P < 0. 01 ) . Suggested that in acute abdomen patients, to give the Shenque point Chinese medicine hot compress started at 6 hours after operation may urge exufflation of patients and promote their gastrointestinal function recovery, which is benefit to their post - surgical rehabilitation.
