| 摘 要： | 目的对剖宫产患者围手术期抗菌药物应用进行分析,旨在为临床合理用药提供根据。方法随机抽样调查220例剖宫产病例,回顾性调查、分析抗菌药物临床应用情况。结果剖宫产患者100%应用抗菌药物,用药品种13种。术后给药213例(96.82%);应用频率最高是林可霉素类及头孢菌素类药物;单用2例(0.91%),二种联合212例(96.36%),三种联合6例(2.73%)。平均用药时间5.31d。结论剖宫产患者在抗菌药物用药时间、疗程、方案选择等方面存在不合理现象,有待进一步干预。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the application of antibacterials in perioperative patients with cesarean section,so as to provide reference for rational administration of drugs in the clinic.Methods The application of antibacterials in 220 patients of cesarean section randomly selected from a hospital was reviewed retrospectively.Results 100%patients had received antibacterials involing 13 kinds.96.82%of them were given antibacterials after operation.Mainly used antibacterials were lincosamides and cephalosporins.0.91%from them used one.96.81%used two and 2.73%used three.The mean duration of using antibacterials was 5.31 days.Conclusion The phenomenon of irrational use of antibacterials in cesarean section patients of this hospital needed to be intervened. |
