| 摘 要： | 目的：观察睫状体及周边视网膜冷凝手术治疗新生血管性青光眼的疗效。方法：应用国产ＣＯ２ＦＣＳ－２０型冷冻器对４８例晚期、伴有屈光间质混浊的一血管性青光眼进行睫状体及周边视网冷凝，结果：术后随访３个月－５年眼压控制在正常范围４０例，２例眼球萎缩、６例眼压高于正常 结论：睫状体及周边视网冷凝术是治疗晚期新生血管性青光眼的一种有效方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To observe the cure effect of neovascutar glaucoma (NVG)treated by cyclocry otherapy combined with peripheral cryotherapy. METHODS:48 cases of late NVG combined with interstitial opacity of refraction were treated by CO2ESC-20 model condenserRESULTS: Followed up from 3 months to 5 years, 40 eyes'intraocular pressures were normal (83% ), 2 cases were atrophia bulbi,6eyes'intraocular pressures were upper than normal. CONCLUSLON It is effective to perform cyclocry otherapy combined with peripheral cry otherapy in the late NVG. |
