强脾补精化瘀益智胶囊对多发梗塞性痴呆大鼠自由基的影响

目的：探讨强脾补精化瘀益智胶囊治疗多发梗塞性痴呆（MID）的作用机制。方法：通过灌服小承气汤以及栓子注入的方法制作复合型MID大鼠模型，分为假手术组、模型组、中药组和西药组，应用光化学法检测大鼠血清和脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活性和丙二醛（MDA）含量。结果：中药组SOD活性明显增高，MDA含量明显降低，与模型组及西药组比较差异非常显著（P〈0．01），与假手术组比较差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论：强脾补精化瘀益智胶囊可以明显提高大鼠SOD活性，降低MDA含量，从而增强机体对自由基的清除能力，改善缺血造成的脑损伤，起到治疗MID的目的。

Effects of Qiangpi Bujing Huayu Yizhi Capsule on Free Radicals of Rats with Multi-infarct Dementia

Objective: To explore the mechanism of Qiangpi Bujing Huayu Yizhi Capsule(QBHYC) in treatment of multi-infarct dementia(MID).Methods: The complex MID model was made by administration of Small Chengqi Decoction and injection of emboli into the internal carotid artery.The dementia rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,the sham operation group,the operation group,the Chinese materia medica group and the western medicine group.The activity of SOD and the content of MDA in the rats' plasma and brain were detected by photochemical methods,and the mechanism of the possible intervention effects of QBHYC was analyzed.Results: The activity of SOD in the Chinese materia medica group was significant increased,while the content of MDA of this group was attenuated,compared with that of the operation group and the western medicine group,it had highly significant difference(P<0.01),while compared with that of the sham operation group, it had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: QBHYC can increase SOD activity and attenuate the content of MDA,so the ability of cleaning the free radicals in the body can be strengthen and the brain injury caused by the lack of blood could be improved.Finally,QBHYC has the therapy effect on the treatment of MID.
