复方丹参巴布剂含量测定供试品制备的方法学研究

摘    要:目的:阐明中成药供试品制备方法对药品标准制订的重要性,并提供巴布剂的前处理方法。方法:以复方丹参巴布剂为例,进行供试品制备的方法学研究。结果:以70%乙醇、累积浸渍24小时,采用浸渍-超声法提取效果最佳。结论:组方及含测成分相同的中成药,因其剂型和选用辅料的不同,其提取溶媒的选择也不同,必须通过实验重新选择:对巴布剂而言,必须采用适当的提取溶媒,以浸渍-超声法提取,在水溶性高分子材料不干扰的情况下,充分提取出有效成分,保证含量测定的准确性。

Abstract:objective: Emphasis the importance of sample preparation in analysis of Chinese patent medicine and provide the method of sample preparation on Fufang Danshen Cataplasma. Methods: Conduct the study of method about sample preparetion of Ginsenoside Rg1 in Fufang Danshen Cataplasma.Results: Best way of sample preparation is extracting Ginsenoside Rg1 under room temperature for 24 hours and then extracting completely by means of immersing-ultrasonic wave. Conclution: Different Chinese patent medicine may have the same effective composition, but various dosage forms have their special excipients and solubility charicteristis. We must take all disturbing factors in consideration to guarantee the accurracy of analysis. Take Fufang Danshen Cataplasma. for example, we must choose suitable solvent and extracting method in the case of no-disturbing of excipients.
