中成药质量标准中显微鉴别项存在的问题及讨论

目的：就日常的中成药检验中发现的一些显微鉴别存在的问题进行讨论，为中成药检验和质量标准的制订提供一些参考意见，使中成药的质量标准更规范。方法：用光学显微镜对中成药进行显微鉴别项的检验，并对鉴别特征的合理化进行考察。结果：中成药显微鉴别项存在几方面的问题，主要是书写格式、文字描述不规范；特征选择、特征的变化方面问题，使检验结果出现假阴性。结论：针对中成药标准中的一些问题，提出了修改意见，并要求标准的起草和复核单位应加强对标准的审核，减少标准中的错误。

THE PROBLEM AND DISCUSSION OF MICROSCOPICAL IDENTIFICATION ON QUALITY STANDARD OF CHINESE TRADITIONAL PATENT MEDICINE

Objective: The paper discussed some problems found in day to day work on microscopical Identification on Quality Standard of Chinese traditional patent medicine and provide some reference ideal for the formulating of quality standard of Chinese traditional patent medicine. Method: Testing and reviewing the microscopical identification character of Chinese patent medicine by optical microscope. Result: There are some problems on quality standard of Chinese patent medicine, mainly on writing forms, describing, character selecting, etc. Conclusion: to these problems, we put forward some modifications for standard making and new Chinese drugs developing.
