局部注射疗法结合针灸针刀综合治疗腰部劳损205例

[目的]观察局部注射疗法结合针灸针刀综合治疗腰部劳损的临床疗效。[方法]205例患者,采用局部注射活血消炎镇痛液为主,结合针灸、部分病例辅以针刀松解综合治疗,每次10-15min,每4天治疗1次。[结果]1-3次可治愈,最多治疗4次。经过1-4次治疗,痊愈170例,显效23例,有效12例,总有效率100%。[结论]局部注射疗法结合针灸针刀综合治疗腰部劳损疗程短、疗效好,不易复发。且操作简便,易于实施,又避免了大量使用西药抗炎抗风湿的化学药物之弊病。

Local Injection Therapy Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion Acupuncture Comprehensive Treatment of 205 Cases of Lumbar Strain

[Objective] To observe local injection therapy combined with acupuncture and moxibustion needle knife treatment the clinical curative effect of lumbar strain.[Methods] 205 patients,with local injection and anti-inflammatory and analgesic liquid,combination of acupuncture,in some cases with Acupotomy combined treatment,every time 10 -15min,every 4 days for 1 times.[ Results] 1 - 3 times can be cured,up to 4 times of treatment.After 1 to 4 treatment,170 cases were cured,23 cases,effective in 12 cases,the total effective rate was 100%.[ Conclusion] Local injection therapy combined with acupuncture and moxibustion needle knife treatment waist strain short course of treatment,curative effect is easy to relapse.And the operation is simple,easy to implement,and avoids the use of Western medicine anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic chemical drugs problems.
