| 摘 要： | 癫痫是一种常见的神经系统慢性疾病,其发病年龄可以覆盖人一生的各个阶段,对患者生活质量产生消极和负性影响。癫痫对患者生活质量的影响与多种因素相关,直接受年龄、性别、病程及致痫灶部位等癫痫固有特点影响,亦与药物治疗效果和药物不良反应及患者的心理状态有关。合理治疗(包括药物、手术和心理治疗等)可以提高疗效和患者依从性,调整患者心理状态,改善生活质量。

| Abstract: | Epilepsy,the onset age of which can cover every stage of life,is a kind of common chronic neurological disease and can affect the quality of life badly.The impact on quality of life by epilepsy is related to many factors,including both the inherent characteristics of epilepsy,such as age,gender,course and the epileptogenic foci site,and medication effect or adverse effect or patients′ psychological state.Rational treatment(including medication,surgery and psychotherapy,etc.)can improve the efficacy and compliance,adjust the psychological state,and improve the quality of life. |
