骶管阻滞合中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

目的 :观察骶管阻滞联合中药舒筋止痛汤对腰椎间盘突出症的临床治疗效果。方法 :将 68例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为A组 3 4例和B组 3 4例 ,A组单用骶管阻滞 ,B组采用骶管阻滞联合中药舒筋止痛汤的方法 ,对照评价治疗前后两组患者症状、体征的变化和疼痛的改善情况 ,以判定其疗效。结果 :A、B两组总有效率比较差异无显著性 (P>0 0 5 ) ,而优良率分别为 64 8%和 88 2 % ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。B组治疗后的VAS值亦明显好于A组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :两组治疗方法对腰椎间盘突出症均有较好疗效 ,但相比较而言 ,骶管阻滞联合中药舒筋止痛汤对治疗本病的临床疗效优于单独应用骶管阻滞 ,中药舒筋止痛汤对腰椎间盘突出症的疼痛缓解有促进作用

Clinical evaluation of Shujin Zhitong decoction with sacral block in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of sacral block with Shujin Zhitong decoction in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse.Methods:Sixty-eight cases with lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse were randomly divided into group A (n=34)and group B(n=34).Group A only chosed sacral block and group B used the method of sacral block with Shujin Zhitong decoction.The clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups including pain were compared each other and evaluated before and after treatment.The effects were analysed.Results:There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The good rate was 64.71% and 88.23% respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).VAS of group B was better than group A after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The two kinds of methods all have good clinical curative effect on lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse.But by comparison with group A and group B,group B is better.Shujin Zhitong decoction is a further promotive role to improve the pain on lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse.
