| 摘 要： | 目的探讨子宫内膜息肉样腺肌瘤的临床表现和治疗。方法回顾性分析2006年1月～2010年1月我院宫腔镜手术中34例术后病理诊断为子宫内膜息肉样腺肌瘤的临床资料,其中息肉样腺肌瘤33例,非典型息肉样腺肌瘤1例。结果34例均行宫腔镜下息肉电切术,无手术并发症发生。手术时间15～60min,(28±5)min;术中出血量5～10ml。切除病灶大小为0.5～5.0cm,(1.5±0.9)cm。病灶位于宫底及宫角部14例,占41.2%(14/34);位于宫体11例,占32.4%(11/34);位于宫体下段3例,占8.8%(3/34);宫颈管内6例,占17.6%(6/34)。33例术后随访1～50个月,其中随访时间≥12个月28例,1例复发,再次手术切除后随访8个月无复发。结论有异常子宫出血及宫颈突出物应引起重视,无论B超影像学还是宫腔镜检查均不能明确诊断子宫内膜息肉样腺肌瘤,确诊需要病理。
