学龄儿童AC/A比值的变化

目的〓〖HTK〗研究学龄儿童中屈光正常与低度近视者之间调节性集合（accommodative convergence,AC）与调节(accommodation,A)比值的变化,初步探讨低度近视与调节性集合之间的关系。〖HTW〗方法〓〖HTK〗选择矫正视力正常及散瞳后屈光度在+0.75D～-1.25D之间的8～12岁学龄儿童63例，用同视机检测其AC/A值，两组AC/A值差异采用t检验。〖HTW〗结果〓〖HTK〗屈光度在+0.75D～、-0.25D～-1.25D学龄儿童的AC/A值分别为4.1±0.84和2.7±0.63，两者差异有统计学意义。〖HTW〗结论〓〖HTK〗近视初期的学龄儿童AC/A值低于同龄儿童屈光正常者的AC/A值,在防治低度近视和视疲劳的同时,注意检查AC/A值的变化。

Changes of the AC/A ratio in school-age children with low myopia

Objective〓〖WTBZ〗To explore the correlation between low myopia and accommodative convergence(AC) in school-age children. 〖WTHZ〗Methods〓〖WTBZ〗The AC／A ratio was measured by a Synoptophore in 63 pupils aging from 8 to 12 years. 〖WTHZ〗Result〓〖WTBZ〗The AC／A ratio had obvious differences between the refractive normal group and the low myopia group. 〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〓〖WTBZ〗The AC／A ratio is lower in refractive normal pupils than in low myopia pupils.
