几种辣椒的辣度测定及形态组织学的研究

摘    要:1.为了确定合乎药典规定的辣椒品种起见,本文详细地描述了下列十二种辣椒的形态和组织构造特征以及辣度测定的结果:(1)丰台辣椒,(2)长形辣椒,(3)牛角辣椒,(4)万县辣椒,(5)西安辣椒,(6)湖北辣椒,(7)湖南辣椒,(8)狮头辣椒,(9)北京辣椒,(10)印尼辣椒,(11)南京辣椒,(12)非洲辣椒。2.根据形态和组织特征的观察,上列十二种辣椒可分为两个类型:第一类是Capsicum annuum 型,果实下垂,果柄弯曲,外果皮有皮下层组织;第二类是Capsicumfrutescens 型,果实直生,果柄细直而不弯曲,外果皮无皮下层组织。第一类包括(1)至(9)九种辣椒,其中(2)至(8)七种的外形虽有差别,而组织构造殆完全一致;第二类包括(10)至(12)三种辣椒,其中(10)(11)两种的组织相同。3.为了便利各种辣椒辣度测定结果的互相比较起见,创用了一个新名词“辣度比值”。4.根据辣度测定的结果,上列十二种辣椒的辣度比值按次序是:60,20,5,50,60,30,60,0,20,25,35,50,其中丰台辣椒、万县辣椒、西安辣椒、湖南辣椒和非洲辣椒的辣度合乎药典标准。
