Ⅱ型糖尿病、胰岛素抵抗及肥胖与脂肪肝关系的临床研究

目的　探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病 (T2DM)、胰岛素抵抗 (IR)、肥胖与脂肪肝 (FL)之间的关系。方法　将 173例T2DM患者分为FL组和无FL组 ,对体重指数 (BMI) ,甘油三脂 (TG) ,总胆固醇 (TC)、低密度脂蛋白 (HDL)、高密度脂蛋白 (LDL)、空腹血糖 (FBG)、餐后 2小时血糖 ( 2hBG)、空腹胰岛素 (FINS)、餐后 2小时胰岛素 ( 2hINS)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)及胰岛素敏感指数 (ISI)进行对照并分别与正常对照组比较。结果　T2DM并FL组与无FL组相比较 ,TG、LDL、FINS、2hINS、ISI有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而FL组及无FL组分别与正常组对照除HDL外均有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　T2DM并FL患者在明显脂代谢紊乱及IR ,提示IR在T2DM、肥胖及FL之间的发生和发展起着重要的作用。

The Study of Relationship between Insulin Resistance,Fat and Fatty Liver in Pa-tients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To Study and andlyse of relationship between insulin resistance,the fatand fatty liver in patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods Will 173 example T2DMS get is divided into the FL set with have no the FL set,to the body mass index (BMI),triglycende (TG),total olesterol (TC),high density lipoprotein (HDL),Low density lipoprotein (LDL),Fasting blood sugar (FBG),after meal 2 blood sugar (2 hBG),fasting blood insulin (FINS) after meal 2 insulin (2 hINS),sugar Oxidize the hemoglobin (HbAlc) and insulin sensitive index number (ISI) proceeding check against and distinguish with the normal natched control comparison.Results T2DM also FL set with have no the FL set to compare than,TG,LDL,FINS,2 hINSs,ISIs have to show the Obivous difference (P<0.05),but FL set and have no the FL set the difference to check against with normal set to besides HDL all have to show the Obivous difference (P<0.01).Conclusions T2DM also the FL get exsit the obvious blood lipid on behalf thank the mess and IR,and hint the IR in the T2DM,fat and FL of function for of occurrcence with developping rising importance.
