99mTc-MIBI心肌静息显像在川崎病中的应用价值

目的:探讨99mTc-MIBI心肌静息显像在诊断小儿川崎病(Kawasaki disease,KD)心肌损害中的应用价值.方法:KD患儿32例行99mTc-MIBI心肌静息显像,按心肌内放射性分布情况和病变累及室壁段评分;于6个月后复查心肌静息显像.结果:32例KD患儿中23例(占72%)共33个节段阳性,其中计分为1分的13例患儿中8例为轻度,4例为中度,1例为重度;计分为2分的10例患儿中6例为轻度,4例为中度;6个月后复查结果显示23例阳性患儿中明显改善11例,恢复正常12例,1例阴性患儿显像阳性.结论:99mTc-MIBI心肌静息显像能较直观地表现病变心肌的部位、范围和程度,可作为KD患儿心肌损害早期诊断和远期随访过程中的一项常规的无创性检查方法.

Applied value of technetium-99m MIBI myocardial resting perfusion imaging in children with kawasaki disease

Objective: To explore the applied value of technetium-99mMIBI myocardial resting perfusion imaging in diagnosis of myocardial lesion in children with kawasaki disease(KD).Methods: Data of 32 children patients with KD were collected.Everyone of them was inspected with 99mTc-MIBI myocardial resting perfusion imaging.The results were judged by the intensity of 99mTc radioactivity uptaken and the affections of compartment in the images;these positive children re-examinad after six months.Results: In 32 KD diseased childrens,positive 99mTc-MIBI myocardial sectional images were found in 23(72%) cases.13 cases had a score of 1,8 cases were light degree,4 cases were moderate and 1 case was severe.Among the left 10 cases with a score of 2,6 cases were light degree and 4 cases were moderate.Among 23 positive children,11 cases improved greatly,another 12 cases recovered and 1 negative child was found to be suffered from myocardial lesion after six months.Conclusion: 99mTc-MIBI myocardial resting perfusion imaging can identify the location,extent and degree of myocardial lesion,and can be used for evaluating the early state,development,transfor-mation and outcome of the myocardial damage.
