心尖肥厚型心肌病一例随访7年报告

心尖肥厚型心肌病是一种特殊类型的心肌疾病。本文报告一例,其心电图表现为深尖倒置的 T 波和左心室肥厚,超声心动图可见室间隔及左室壁近心尖部明显增厚,乳头肌增粗。使用心得安治疗2年无明显疗效,改用异搏定治疗随访7年,T 波倒置未见加深,室间隔及心室壁未见继续增厚。作者认为异搏定对心尖肥厚型心肌病有一定的疗效。

A CASE OF APICAL HYPERTROPHIC CARDIOMYOPATHY:A 6-YEAR FOLLOW-UP REPORT

Apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is a special myocardial disease.The case reported in this paper is characteristic of the following:deep and sharp inverted T'wave and left ve- ntricular hypertrophy in ECG,and distinctly thickened interventricular septum and left vent- ricular wall near the cardiac apex and enlarged papillary muscle in UCG.Though two yea- rs' treatment by propramil failed to achieve a satisfactory effect,no further inversion of T wave and no further hypertrophy of interventricular septum and left ventricular wall were found after 6 years' treatment by verapamil.The author's conclusion is that EGG and UCG are of great importance in the examination and diagnosis of the disease,and verapamil could achieve certain therapeutic effect for it.
