摘    要:术后认知功能障碍是外科手术后的常见并发症,近年来受到广泛关注。海马是负责学习和记忆功能的核心结构,海马体积与认知功能改变关系密切。随着MRI技术的迅速发展,目前已经实现了海马体积的测量。本文将对MRI测量海马体积近年来在术后认知功能障碍中的应用及研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:As a common complication after surgery, post operative cognitive dysfunction(POCD) received extensive attention recently. Hippocampus is the core structure for learning and memory, and it's volume has correlation with cognitive function.With the rapid development of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI),it's not a question to measure hippocampal volume now.This article will overview the application of MRI for measuring hippocampal volume to catch sight of POCD.
