痛血康胶囊治疗产后出血的临床前药效学实验研究

目的探讨痛血康胶囊对产后出血的疗效及作用机制。方法①受孕7天大鼠给予米非司酮和米索前列醇，造成早孕不完全流产模型。给予痛血康进行干预，观察并记录各组大鼠离体子宫平滑肌活动情况以及子宫的病理组织学改变。②对上述动物进行血液流变学检测。③采用肾上腺素叠加冰水造成大鼠急性血瘀模型，并用痛血康进行干预，进行血液流变学检测。④采用小鼠尾尖取血法，观察痛血康对小鼠出凝血时间的影响。⑤采用二甲苯造成小鼠耳廓肿胀扣大鼠棉球肉芽肿，造成急慢性炎症模型，观察痛血康的抗炎作用。结果痛血康能够增强早孕不完全流产大鼠子宫活动强度，有助于排出未完全流产组织；能够改善早孕不完全流产模型大鼠和急性血瘀模型大鼠的凝滞瘀血状态，并具有缩短出凝血时间和抗炎作用。结论痛血康在临床推荐用量下，对产后出血有治疗作用。

The experimental studies of clinical beforehand efficieny of drug postpar- tum haemorrhage by Tongxuekang capsules

OBJECTIVE To explore the curative effect and mechanism of action of Tongxuekang Capsules on postpartum hemorrhage. METHODS ①early incomplete abortion model was established by giving mifepristone and misoprostol to conception 7 days rats, and Tongxuekang capsules were given for intervention, Isolated rat uterine smooth muscle activity situation and uterine pathology were observed and recorded. ②The blood rheology of the animal were tested. ③The acute blood stasis rats model was established by adrenaline and ice water , and Tongxuekang capsules were used for intervention. Indexes of hemorheology was detected. ④Mouse tail fib blood method was used and the effect of Tongxuekang capsules on mice clotting time was observed. ⑤Mouse auricle swelling and cotton ball granuloma of rats were caused by xylene for establishing acute and chronic inflammation model,and the anti-inflam- matory effect of Tongxuekang capsules were observed. RESULTS Tongxuekang capsules could strengthen the uterine activity in rats with strength early incomplete abortion, contribute to the removal of incomplete abortion group; and could stagnate blood stasis state improvement early incomplete abortion model rats with acute blood stasis model rats, and shorten the clotting time and anti-inflammatory action. CONCLUSION Tongxuekang capsules has therapeatic effect on postartum hemorrhage in clinical recommended dosage.
