甲状腺功能异常患者血脂水平的检查

目的：探讨甲状腺功能异常对血脂水平的影响。方法：用全自动微粒子化学发光免疫分析技术检测FT3、FT4、TSH,以及用全自动生化分析仪测TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ApoA1、ApoB;将34例甲状腺功能亢进症、30例甲状腺功能减退症、36例甲状腺功能减退症亚临床患者的测定结果与38例正常对照者做比较,并比较治疗前后血脂水平的变化。结果：甲状腺功能亢进症时血脂指标明显低于正常水平,甲状腺功能减退症时常有高脂血症,亚临床甲状腺功能减退症也可引起脂代谢紊乱。结论：应加强对甲状腺功能异常患者血脂水平的检查,有效避免了一些并发症的发生。

Thyroid dysfunction in patients with serum lipid levels in check

Objective：To investigate abnormal thyroid function on blood lipid levels.Methods：Using automated chemiluminescent immunoassay for detection of FT3,FT4,TSH,and measured by automatic biochemical analyzer TC,TG,HDLC,LDL-C,ApoA1,ApoB;the 34 cases of hyperthyroidism,30 patients with hypothyroidism,36 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism and 38 patients with the measured results to compare normal controls and compared the changes in blood lipid levels before and after treatment.Results：When hyperthyroidism was significantly lower than normal levels of serum lipids,hypothyroidism often had hyperlipidemia,subclinical hypothyroidism could also cause dyslipidemia.Conclusion：Abnormal thyroid function should be to strengthen the inspection of blood lipid levels,effectively avoid some complications.
