| 摘 要： | 目的探讨免疫组化和常规HE染色在临床良、恶性胸腹水鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法收集本院患者胸腹水标本50例，制成细胞学蜡块行HE染色和免疫组化染色观察。结果50例标本中恶性肿瘤细胞32例，反应性间皮细胞13例，结核5例。结论传统细胞学涂片对于良、恶性胸腹水鉴别诊断较困难，应用免疫组化作鉴别诊断可提高诊断阳性率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of immunohistochemistry (IHC),hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining in differential diagnosis of clinical benign or malignant pleural and peritoneal effusion.Methods Totally 50 cases of pleural and peritoneal effusion were embedded with paraffin,IHC and HE stains were used.Results Among 50 cases of specimens,there were 32 cases of malignant tumor cells,13 cases of reactive mesothelial cells and 5 cases of tuberculosis.Conclusions It is more difficult for the differential dia... |
