| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨子宫切除术患者实施干预措施后对情绪的影响。方法：87例我院妇产科病房住院的子宫肌瘤患者，随机分为实验组、对照组，实验组除实行常规术前指导外，手术前进行健康教育与护患沟通，对照组交行常规术前指导；比较两组患者情绪的变化。结果：实验组与对照组相比有统计学意义。结论：对子宫切除术患者实施护患沟通与健康教育能缓解患者紧张、焦虑等不良情绪。
